Overview of ArchPilot services
ArchPilot provides architecture governance software through local tools and cloud services. The VS Code extension and CLI run in your environment, while ArchPilot Cloud stores explicitly uploaded governance snapshots, repository metadata, findings, scores, exceptions, ownership mappings, organization records, API token metadata, billing metadata, and related workspace records.
These terms apply to your use of the public site, public documentation, local tooling, VS Code extension, CLI, and ArchPilot Cloud.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, your connected sign-in provider, and any ArchPilot organization access under your control.
You are also responsible for the accuracy of uploaded governance data and for making sure your use of ArchPilot complies with your own internal security and data handling obligations.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid ArchPilot Cloud plans are organization-based. If your organization upgrades to a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information through our payment provider and authorize charges for the selected subscription term.
Local CLI and VS Code usage remain free forever and do not require a paid Cloud subscription.
Local validation and Cloud uploads
Architecture validation runs locally or in your CI environment before any Cloud upload. ArchPilot Cloud does not directly scan repository source code as a hosted scanner.
Cloud uploads are explicit governance snapshot uploads made by you, your organization, or automation you configure, such as CLI or CI upload flows.
Renewals and cancellations
Cloud subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
You can request cancellation by contacting support or, when available, through self-serve billing controls in the product.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team.
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You may not use ArchPilot for illegal activity, abuse, unauthorized access, denial-of-service activity, malware distribution, or attempts to disrupt the platform or other users.
You may not misuse the service to attack systems, evade security controls, or upload data you do not have permission to process.
Service availability
ArchPilot Cloud is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not currently offer uptime commitments or service-level guarantees.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArchPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
You remain responsible for your own repositories, systems, account security, and operational decisions made using ArchPilot outputs.
Changes to the service
We may update the service, the product packaging, or these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of ArchPilot after an update means you accept the revised terms.
